3DDreamLab provides 3D-printed products, including both pre-designed items and custom-made prints. All products are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes, which may result in minor variations in appearance, texture, or finish.
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Due to the nature of 3D printing:
Minor layer lines, surface marks, or color variations are normal and not considered defects.
Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the final printed item.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout.
Full payment is required before production or shipment begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. design violations, technical limitations, or suspected fraud).
Custom 3D-printed products are created based on customer-provided specifications or designs.
By submitting a custom order, you acknowledge that:
Custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Custom orders are non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
You are responsible for approving all design details before production.
Production times vary depending on product complexity, order volume, and material availability.
Estimated lead times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by material shortages, machine maintenance, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of 3DDreamLab.
We ship internationally.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their country.
3DDreamLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or personalized 3D-printed products (unless defective)
Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling
If a product arrives defective:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
Proof (photos or video) may be required
Approved defects may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion
Products are covered only within the 30-day return period.
After 30 days, no warranty, returns, or refunds apply.
Normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, or misuse are not covered.
By submitting a design, you confirm that:
You own the rights to the design or have legal permission to use it
The design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
3DDreamLab is not responsible for IP violations resulting from customer-submitted designs.
We do not claim ownership of your custom designs.
We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate copyright, trademarks, or applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
3DDreamLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
